Please Don’t Give Up On Us

The missionaries were struggling to teach a family living in Lobatse.  Lessons often didn’t go well.  One of the daughters, Rosemary, didn’t seem to care and would often laugh at some of the things the missionaries taught.  The family just didn’t seem to be progressing, or if so, at a very slow rate.  They did not consistently attend Church meetings.

After one of the lessons, which again didn’t seem to go well, Rosemary said, “I just want to thank you for what you have done and are continuing to do for our family.  I know that it must be tough knowing that some of us aren’t taking to your message that well.  But I have seen how this message has changed our family.  Please don’t give up on us.  Please never ever give up.”
