Elder Chamberlain, the Branch President of the Bethlehem Branch tells of a humorous experience at a recent convert baptism.
For a musical number at her baptism, the sister being baptized had asked her cousin, a member, to sing with her. They were accompanied by a non-member on the keyboard. Rather than the expected Church hymn, they sang a lively African gospel hymn. As they finished some in the congregation clapped enthusiastically. Elder Chamberlain says, “As a young branch, we still have some things we need to work on.”
